Value addition

Averagely the dairy handles about 5000 litres of fresh milk on a daily basis however there is potential to sell 20,000 litres per day. In order to improve her revenue streams, TD embarked on a value addition journey starting from processing 2000 litres of yogurt weekly, the plan is to go into ice-cream and long life milk to enter into a wider domestic and export market (Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan).
